5. The repairer will make an appointment with you to take photos, and then provide a quote and images to the insurance company.

6. The quote and images are assessed by the insurance company, and they decide what will be repaired on your vehicle.

7. An assessor from the insurance company will contact you either by phone, text or email and advise on their decision. This is your opportunity to discuss the decision if you don’t agree.

8. The insurance company has the final decision on what we are to repair.

9. When the repairer is notified, your claim has been authorised you will be contacted to set a repair date.

10. Once the repair date is closer the parts will be ordered.
